• I was on a track that was full of growth and opportunity and was blindsided by the workforce reduction. I knew that AI would become an important part of my daily work so I became a champion for my team to help promote it's integration. Needless to say, my position was no longer invaluable. Joining the pynmo team allowed me to connect with teammates who had the same fate bestow upon them. We created our own scrum, met daily, upskilled, and helped each other find new jobs.
